We are blessed and fortunate to have a committed team with over 200 years of combined extrusion and manufacturing experience. As an employer of choice, the average length of stay for each employee with Busada is over 15yrs. Our retention rate is unheard of in this day and age and our culture comes from a long family line of work ethic, compassion, generosity, and treating people fairly.
Busada is one of the few businesses left that shares profits amongst the team and encourages family time with a 4-day-on 3-day-off workweek.
