The Franklin Institute in Philadelphia launched a new exhibit called Wondrous Space on November 4, 2023. This two-story future-focused exhibit on space exploration marks the first in a series of all-new thematic exhibits that will lead The Franklin Institute through its bicentennial in 2024. The immersive, multisensory exhibit is designed to inspire excitement for space science as it takes visitors on a journey through the cosmos as they explore the incredible size and scale of celestial bodies. Our part was to make a “voice wave” that explores the intricacies of voice through a series of wave-form installations. From whispering echoes to thunderous roars, every nuance and frequency is brought to life in stunning detail as vocal sound is displayed through our Stratus-tubing line with changing colors corresponding to individual voices.

The Voice Wave exhibit seamlessly blends artistry and technology, inviting visitors to engage with sound in ways they never thought possible. We are honored to be a part of this exhibit.
